The psychiatric hospital with about 87 beds is owned by Psychiatric Solutions Inc., a large chain, which declined comment.”
It takes an awful lot to lose Medicare certification, CMS starts out with warnings and chances for correction. To actually lose CMS certification means a facility broke many, many regulations and/or put patients at risk more than once.
